For Mass Models, you may also input values for Walls and Glazing. As the thermal performance of the Walls or Glazing are improved, the Maximum Allowable Glazing will increase (more is allowed due to the higher performance).
As performance for Glazing and Walls reduce, both Current Façade Performance and Maximum Allowable Glazing Percentage values will also reduce.
By clicking on the down arrow beside the element values for Roofs, Floors, Walls and Glazing, a dial and slider will appear to allow you to adjust the values.
Note: Adjusting values for elements is only possible for Conceptual Mass Models and is not included for Detailed Models where element properties are derived directly from the Revit model.
Adjusting thermal values for Roofs/Floors/Walls and Glazing will not affect the Dials on the Dashboard as these values are not being written to the model. Only adjusting Glazing Percentages will affect the Dashboard Dials as this is applied to the model.
