The User Support button provides a link to this Support Site for more information and assistance. This Support Site provides detailed information on workflows, features for Detailed models, sample models and links to tutorial videos.
You can also use other ways to access the Support Site, such as from the information icon inside the Detailed model window or from your Account area (Reporting and Data / Web Platform on the Revit menu which will open your Account area where there is a link to the Support Site).
