It may happen that the Glazing Database does not display in the main window or where the database supports other functions eg Add Windows, Add Curtain Walls, Conceptual Mass Glazing Specification.
This may happen if you previously signed into the application but it has been a while since your last session and your license authentication has expired.
Please sign out of the application and simply sign in again to resolve this.
