In this area, when Users have created an account and logged into the application, the machine ID is available. There is an option to click on this to assign the name of the colleague or individual. This may be useful where Users migrate to new computers, are working from home or leave the organization and their machines are re-purposed. Machines may then be removed from the license and new ones added etc.
