Once you have created an account (with your email and password) and signed in, you will have access to your online account area.

You can also ask to be given Administrator  permissions for your company license.  In this case, you will also see an icon in your Account area with a key symbol.  As an Administrator, you may invite other Users, create Teams (depending on your license subscription details and number of machines allowed), view machines in use etc.  Normal Users will not have these raised privileges (to invite/delete other Users etc).
