At the end of the Conceptual main window there is a small arrow. Hovering over this will provide opacity control of the display window and Charts. This will allow you to view the Revit model behind FenestraPro if required. The slider may be adjusted to your preference from 60% to 100% to control the transparency of the window. Both the main window and the Charts will be affected by this control).
Note: The Detailed application does not have such a setting.
